  • Brad Mazick, Ph.D, HSPP

    Clinical Psychologist

    Brad is a licensed psychologist in the state of Indiana with a wealth of clinical experience. Earning his doctorate in 1990, he has worked in a variety of treatment locations including outpatient, inpatient, residential and regular medical settings. He is experienced in assessing and treating geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children. His background includes extensive work with children, adolescents and their families when he was the Director of Outpatient Services at the former Madison Center for Children. He has also run two residential treatment programs and has been responsible for the service and quality of mental health care in a correctional setting. Adult work included considerable experience with dementia, chronically mentally ill, and developmentally delayed /challenged patient populations.

    Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate

    Melissa is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate. Melissa graduated from Trine University with a masters degree in Science/Criminal Justice and certified in Forensic Psychology. Melissa then attended Indiana University South Bend where she graduated with a masters degree in Science and Education. During this time, Melissa worked with a multitude of special populations that gives her experience in behavioral science and addiction. Currently, Melissa is attending Walden University and is in progress of completing her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology.
